Excellent work on our shower door by Johnson Glass & Mirror. They responded very quickly to my inquiry and arrived on a Saturday morning to analyze the problem and fix my misaligned door and glass panels. Can’t believe what happened! I need a small piece of glass with polished edges and looked for someone in my area. Never thought anyone would bother to want to do a piece 12.5” x 12.5” but I called anyway. The president actually called back and said they didn’t do anything that small but he would take a look to see if he had some leftover pieces, cut and polish it for me and give me the piece at no charge!!! Unbelievable! Thank you!

I ordered some heavy glass for a couple of cabinets a while back and I continue to be impressed with the quality of product I received for a very reasonable price and a very short wait. As it happened, I had to return a piece that wasn't quite flush (the measurement was tricky). I took it back and I was most impressed with the customer service I received. There was no hassle, no haggle and no extra charge. The piece was re-cut within a few minutes and I went home happy. I will recommend this business to friends and colleagues in the industry and I will surely return for my next project.

Mike was quick and efficient. He took care of the service requirements promptly. He was Friendly and extremely courteous. He Knew exactly why I was there and made arrangements to have the glass repaired expeditiously. He knew I was on a time crunch and made every effort to repair and send me on my way.
Its very rare this type of service is delivered in this industry, I have had experiences where it tool longer than expected, but not at Speedy Auto glass. They mean what they advertise!
