I was fortunate to be rescued by Mike on Saturday September 18th, 2021 when my car broke down on highway 17 near Renfrew while returning to Ottawa.
He arrived on time as scheduled by CAA and had my car loaded on on our way to Ottawa within minutes of his arrival.
Mike was very professional and turned out to be a truly interesting person to talk to on the trip. It was evident that he loved his job and was very good at it!
He helped make the best of a bad situation and I thank him for that.

Yesterday I needed a tow from the PEMBROKE Street EAST END MALL. Glenn really took care of me. He was professional, focused on the job, accountable & had real integrity. I would like to thank the young fellow that assistant us getting our truck to the shop. He was very nice and fast getting to use and recommend us to take it to his shop so we did and that also was very nice and reliable service and great rates we got in and out in just a few hours thanks tow10-51 I will pass on to my friends if they break down to call you guys great service and very polite tow truck driver

These guys are awesome. I don't think I've met a nicer, pleasant, appropriate bunch of people in the towing business in my life. This is a family run business. A father and 2 sons. Fred, the younger son, has had to tow my car at least 4 times over the years and I had excellent service.

We blew a brake line in Algonquin Park and assumed our vacation was pretty much toast. Abby behind the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Andrew in the garage went right to work, fitted us with a new line and had us back on the road within an hour. He was absolutely terrific, a real professional. Their pricing was outstanding. A level of service and kindness that I have not seen down south. Very grateful they were there in hour of need. Thank you guys!
