I would highly recommend skin vitality in St. Catharines. I realized what excellent quality their products and services are I will NEVER go anywhere else So grateful to have found them! The staff is AMAZING!! If you consider the workload they have and how they are still able to keep a positive attitude. I have been to this clinic MANY times as it is the ONLY place I go for my medical care. The doctors are quick but if you have questions they will take their time to answer them. I'm always seen within 10-15 minutes of getting there. This little clinic has kept its doors open in a not-so-great neighborhood through so much: they've been robbed, vandalized, and threatened. Dr Crysler should have a family practice because he's the best pediatrician I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I've seen some of what the doctors there have dealt with: yelling, screaming, unreasonable, and addicted clients. They are AMAZING!!! I could never do what they do!

Went on Saturday around 12:20 pm. The wait was not bad at all and the doctor was so nice. I was out by 1:10 pm.

Was able to checkin online with my smartphone. I was given an appointment two hours from the time I checked in but didn't have to go sit in the waiting room until my appointment time. Fantastic service! Wish all walkin clinics had this. Dr. Judy was great, too. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Great alternative to trying to control pain by your own means. The staff and my doctor are great and treat me with respect and kindness. They take the time to know and care about all of their patients and are very encouraging. Before you decide to "judge" this program, please go and do a bit of research and you may find that your initial ideas and beliefs about what goes on at this, and other, Segue Clinics are far from correct.
