The staff and doctors are caring and efficient. I have had only excellent care and experiences here.

I hate seeing these bad reviews..the Drs. i have dealt with are well educated, caring ..i adore Dr. Mayes. As for times, they cant know when an appt is made if its a 15 min. sore throat or a hour long cancer node. So yeah.. wait. just wait. Its true some of the Dr. dress like camping hobos, dont comb their hair etc. but they are young..theyll learn too. This place is the best in town..bar none. Reception is lovely to deal with as are the medical clerks in the front. Again, Chevon, second to no

Great doctors, poor operational organization. It is really hard to get hold of a real person on the phone and the hours are pretty limited.

Hours are not good enough. Not everyone can make an appointment during work.

Doctors are great, but office is closed at noon - including phone line. Thats hard enough when you have to try and schedule life into lunch breaks, but when you call at 1140am and it says offices are closed for lunch it kind of stings. It shoudnt be so hard to make an appointment.

If you want the overall worst experience of your life I highly reccomend these guys. If you like booking an appointment at 1 and getting in by 430 they are the best! Not to mention the terrible attitudes of the glorified secretaries there! Honestly they have a lot of great doctors but they're unreliable they randomly decide to close from 11am-2pm with no explanation. I cannot stress enough how terrible the front staff are I havent been back for 2 years now and go to emergency for anything.

I have been going here for over 5 years and require frequent visits. Not only did it take me multiple visits, arguments and becoming somewhat inappropriate to advocate for myself to be diagnosed by various doctors...I have NEVER been in on time, they are always running 30-60 minutes late regardless of what time of day it is. Cancel your entire afternoon if you need to see a doctor.
