This was the most horrendous experience Ive ever had a salon. The aesthetician didn't show up for my appointment and I waited for 30 minutes before being informed of her no show. There was no apologies from reception, in fact they made me feel as though somehow I had messed up the schedule. They made me feel stupid and I left in tears. It was an awful experience, ruined my whole day.

Purchased groupons for a hot stone massage and microdermabrasion. I felt as if I was causing the receptionist stress by showing up for my appointment. The atmosphere was not relaxing, and they forgot to put me in the sauna. I got what I paid for.
