Je ne pensais pas trouver une boutique aussi bien fournie dans les environs. Belle découverte.

Not educated in animals

I called in to ask about a travel cage for parrots...was told Umm hold on. Then when rep came back on the phone asked what kind of parrot. I told her an African Grey...on hold again...This time when she comes back to me says we have cat carriers, this is the best thing for parrots. WHAT? got to be kidding, my bird would be cramped and flopping around without a stand. I'll also state here and now there are carriers for parrots so I'm not asking about something odd, not to mention I don't want a $2000 bird with the intelligence of a 5 year old child treated that way. Worst customer service ever. If you don't know anything about the product I'm asking about don't pretend you know what your doing.

Asked Animal Expert to groom my Cocker Spaniel for a few years, and was always satisfied!!! I definitely recommend this store to everyone.
