    I hope that Richard at Leader Pools does good work because he is very unprofessional and rude. Says that my work is not cheap, I can determine what I can afford. Swears while I am on the phone trying to book an appointment. When I call him out for his lack of professionalism, decides to not to the job. It is unfortunate that a grown man cannot take feedback and learn. Although he says that he is busy, I am not sure how busy he will continue to be when word of mouth does its thing.
