Be very careful as this store promises anything to get your business, and then thinks they can delay and delay finishing the job. I have been trying to get my property back for 8 months and the answer is always that they cannot get it completed due to lack of funds. I was told it would be a 2 week job and I am going on nine months. I paid up front and now they want more money. DO NOT USE THIS STORE AS THE EXCUSES ARE ENDLESS TO NOT DELIVER.

I am the proud owner of a gorgeous new ring and could not have had a better experience! What I loved most was that Roy listened to what I wanted and didn't play games with me about pricing or delivery. He continually kept me informed, was honest and didn't try to coax me into buying a more expensive item. Very pleased and will return and refer him to many. Thanks Roy :)

GLORIFIED PAWN SHOP ! Absolutely do not shop here, Ryan Daniels and his 'team' over promise and under deliver. Promised order would be ready in 2 days, after two weeks and many many voicemails which were NEVER returned, I I confronted them about the horrible customer service. His response, " I do not have the materials to complete the order." Why would you accept it to begin with. Highly recommend NEVER EVERY Stepping foot into this dodgy hole in the wall.
