I've always had a great experience at Rutledge Jewellers. The staff are very knowledgable and always take the time to explain the differences between different types of gold, cuts of diamonds etc. I recently had my wedding ring repaired and was thrilled to find out the work was done in the store instead of being sent out. I purchased a bra...

I purchased a bracelet and charms at Christmas and returned yesterday to buy more for her birthday. The woman behind the counter ignored me and continued talking and laughing with her friend. After waiting five minutes i tried to get her attention and they just walked further away from me giggling . My son tried to talk to the other sales woman , and she turned and went into the back room . He walked back to me and we waited another ten minutes . We left in disgust and drove to Peoples Jewelers
