Wait long time to have an appointment.

Bonnie has been my physician for over 15 years. She is patient, empathetic, LISTENS and takes her time and orders the tests and prescribes the meds and books the follow-ups required. Pre-COVID there was quite a wait, but now, it's fine.

This doctor has no empathy, no patience and has anger problem. She verbally abused me when I was pregnant. I will never go back to her again. So glad I left, now I have a way better family doctor.

Absolutely horrible, don't waste your time here. Booked an appointment at three o clock and Bonnie tang was over an hour late to attend to my appointment. Rushed and rude once in the office and disrespectful towards my personal choices.

She's great and truly cares about patient needs. Though some may find her bedside manner strange, it's an asian culture thing. She overbooks to try to help as many in the area as possible - so be prepared, but know that the waiting area is stocked with magazines, kid's toys, and air conditioning! She's worth the wait.

I find her to be competant but unfortunately eveyrthing else overshadows it. Her office isn't very effecient. Her appointments run late alot because she overbooks. Her secretary/sister is no sunshine - she's very difficult and grumpy all of the time. She makes you take off your shoes to see her yet she keeps hers on? The final thing which made me switch to a new doctor is her greediness. She won't see you for more than one thing. She makes you book another appointment because she can bill OHIP each time. Anything she can't bill - she'll charge you - without tell you first. So beware. Bring cash. Bring smelly socks.
