Very good product fits well and was easy to set up on the custom cut to size adjustment. Creates a lot of attention as many people comment on it how nice it looks. Used to wear the old style medical alert ID but this is much nicer and quite fashionable. Shipping took a little longer as we live over seas but shipping was free so I guess one has to expect to wait a little longer. Highly recommended to anyone that need a nice Medical or Sport Bracelet.

horrible customer service very rude person , please don't waste money on his product very low quality

I bought one of these but it was defective. They required I pay to return it for replacement. Unfair? Yes, so be prepared to pay without reimbursement. I bought one from them a few years ago & it was better quality. Owners need some training in customer service since the email correspondence was definitely lacking.
