Terrible Management and services...elevator usually one elevator is down on daily basses from three elevators moreover the garbage chutes are always off because they get stuck and this happens 2 to 3 times a week minimum third of all is the security and the management do you never reply to any complain they try to hide everything because they ibviously you know that very well

Poorly managed buildings, inexperienced company, a group of individuals gathered to work as a team to benefit themselves including the current board of directors. CONFLICT OF INTEREST!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!! BEWARE

This is the most unprofessional and corrupt company in property management. They neither manage their buildings professionally nor take care of their tenants. They provide unsafe and unsuitable living conditions. I would suggest avoiding any building that they manage.
