Bloomex Toronto Flowers & Gift Baskets

This is my first experience with bloomex and will be my last, I ordered flowers a day before my moms birthday and she still never got her flowers the next day, customer service couldn't even help me, they also said they was unable to call the driver to see if they are still coming or not, this is terrible and I would never recommend them, I don't even know if my mom will get her flowers are not, they don't even deserve a one star rating

They wrote they deliver before 6 pm but just received and email at 7pm that they delivered.. to whom?? I don’t know. If you call they don’t answer because they are too busy! Really the worst experience I had around the world!

I’m extremely unhappy. I ordered pink roses for my mothers birthday and instead received red. Her favourite roses are pink & it was very disappointing not being able to give her her favourite roses. If a company runs out of flowers and are going to send different ones the person should be notified/asked. If I had known red were coming I would have cancelled my order. The company is refusing to refund me. I paid a lot of money just to receive the flowers I didn’t order. So unfair.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and paid 23.97 to get the flowers to be delivered next meeting. I also called customer support to ensure it will be delivered before noon. Then the next day I got email saying they missed the delivery. Then I have to call them to change the delivery to home instead. Haven’t heard any apologize for it. I will choose another company next time.

The flowers I received were beautiful I will say that. Unfortunately the vase they came in was very broken. Even more unfortunate was the lack of customer service about this issue. I have called twice (both times no answer) and left very polite detailed messages. I have not received any return communication from Bloomex. I was looking for my friend (who is unaware of the situation) to receive a partial refund due to the fact that she paid a pretty pennyfor a product that was delivered smashed.
