I went there when...

I went there when I felt I was being duped by a dealer about my cracked windsheild. The windshield had a stress crack and the dealer said it was from a chip. The owner came out, evaluated it, checked to see if it had already been replaced and gave me some good advice (it was a stress crack). He could have said it was a chip and made money from me but he was honest and even told me to get a second opinion. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else if I had to get my windshield repaired.

ummmm.... no... not good.

Lots of dust particles between the tint and the window glass on my car. Not worth the $200 I paid. I definitely do not recommend. Stay away.

Great service and well handled insurance claim!

Lou is great, he knows this business inside and out. He processed an out of province insurance claim without any hassle or hesitation. There was no debris or adhesive left anywhere on the car, a very clean install. I would definitely use Lou again!
