Very nice place - Great service and prices - I recommend this place to everyone - I've always had a great experience with the family that owns this establishment.

This place is horrible. Went there to pick up a UPS package, the woman working at the time did not allow me to receive the package claiming my first name needed to match the first name on the slip. I showed her the UPS policy on pickups that explicitly states anyone can pick up a package as long as they have government ID containing the same address as the recipient along with the packing slip. Despite showing her written proof, she still denied me my package. Terrible customer service

Terrible service. They lost my hoody and a fur lining around neck. The lady at the front is so unprofessional and rude. She didn't apologised. I am still waiting for their call. No compensation provided.
