Kobra Towing

not sure why there are negative comments about this company but personally had a great experience. everyone will say negative things. Who cares if they suggest there own shop and rental company its there job haha I'm sure if you guys owned a company you would do the same. and as for over charging or making up fees who cares that's why you have insurance!! the price you pay for insurance rates I would hope they would pay when the tables have turned. regardless they were professional and kind!!

I had collision on highway on very bitter cold night. پیمان‎ (payman) came and helped me and my wife. We called CAA to confirm they could reimburse for the tow amount by mailing CAA the invoice, which was a relief. We waited & stayed warm inside tow truck while opp comepleted the report. Driver got us a rental car dropped off in our driveway before driver took us home.

Had the worst week dealing with their shenanigans. Went to get my car, noone was there. Made an appointment to get my car, noone shows up. Similar experience as the other truthful reviews, they delay and delay to release your car so they can charge more, plus on top of the made up charges they made insurance pay them. If you're in a bind and these guys end up towing you car, make sure they tow it to a place you know, not whatever they suggest!

(They are now in Aurora) Just like someone said earlier, they delay releasing your car to your choice of body shop. Insurance company called few times to leave message and they don't respond. When I called to follow up, the gentleman just said we didn't sign the paper (which we did) and that insurance company didn't get in touch (which they did) and can't wait to cut me off. I guess they can appear professional if you give them business, otherwise they give you hard time.

I don't really know about the last review. I personally had my vehicle towed by these lads and the situation was dealt in a proffesional manner. They have a good operation going on and are very friendly. I got in to an accident early November and they took my car to a very reputable shop and I got my replacement from enterprise because they asked me to go with which ever rental company I desired. Solid work guys. The owner of this company is also a great guy. Very friendly team over all. I would recommend them.

They go by name of NORTH TORONTO ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE on their trucks. Put up fake business cards with logo of all ins. companies. NONE support them of a reason. They charge exorbitant amounts once vehicle is towed, they will try to force you for storage over weekend, will delay vehicle to get to your choice collision centre. Will try to get rental from their choice. Go with your towing preference or call some and try to get deal. Stay away from these scammers.
