Dream Beauty Bar

I purchased a Groupon for a spa treatment for my daughter. This business was difficult to get a hold of. After some time, the business seemed to go out of business before the expiry date of the Groupon. Now, customer service at Groupon is not being helpful and in fact, the situation has been appalling!!! I would like my money back. What a bad business on two counts!!!!

I received a Groupon for this place as a gift. I called and booked an appt. to bring my Mom and I and 10 minutes before our appt. started, I receive a text saying "appt cancelled, esthetician is sick" Not even a phonecall or apology. I have tried texted back that number numerous time and called them many times with no response. No text or call back to reschedule. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this place. Absolutely ridiculous.
