I purchased a Groupon for a spa treatment for my daughter. This business was difficult to get a hold of. After some time, the business seemed to go out of business before the expiry date of the Groupon. Now, customer service at Groupon is not being helpful and in fact, the situation has been appalling!!! I would like my money back. What a bad business on two counts!!!!
