Geek squad was a total rip -off Charged $500 to replace a $25 fan on a 6 yr old notebook, damaged the computer in the process and refused to compensate for it. Wont shop at that store anymore
had an issue with my surface ad had a warranty on it that said if they cant fix you get a new one or full refund they gave me a refurbished one and we complained and they still did nothing
Senior advisor was dismissive and rude. When the sales associate called him over for help, he wouldn't address me and did not listen to anything I had to say.
I purchased a Samsung wireless airtrack. After getting home and opening the box I found out that the box was returned before I bought it and i was not informed about that, nothing was in its place it was just forced in to the box after that I found out that the battery's were in the remote control I was OK with all of that but what really annoyed me was that the power cable was not there. Do not purchase anything from best buy it was the worst experience I ever had hopefully they will give me the parts that were missing.
