Worst Owner Ever

Called for delivery and after about an hour, I called back to inquire if the pizza had been sent out. I was told that I only called 10 minutes ago even though it had been over an hour. I asked to speak to the manager and the person on the phone said he was the store owner and that I should shut up and be patient. I told him to cancel my order and was promptly told that people like me should never call in the first place. How is this place still in business?

I order the food came my fries aren't cooked my salad is not a large and it's not even good i tried to call back no anwser i couldn't even eat .I will be phoneinh tomorrow to talk to owner or management
