Singer Sewing Centre

We bought a Singer sewing machine from this location, it has worked flawlessly; My wife uses it regularly and couldn't be happier with it; I recall the gent who took care of us as very friendly and helpful, in my opinion it's a great local business to have in the Oshawa area.

This place was AMAZING. I needed my machine repaired in a hurry. When I phoned Wayne right around close on a Saturday, he told me to come by even though it was almost close time. He was so friendly and very honest! We were both operating under the assumption that the machine might be gone for good but he was able to fix it and for under the estimated cost! I would go back in a heartbeat. You don't see customer service like this very often anymore.

Just got my sewing machine back. It was tuned-up and repaired in two days and Wayne Wall made sure everything was perfect. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly person.

I took my sewing machine to the Singer in Oshawa to have it cleaned. When I took it home, the machine wasn't functioning properly. After complaining to the technician, he was rude toward myself and my elderly mother. I had to take my sewing machine elsewhere to fix his mistake. Do yourself a favour and stay away from the Singer Sewing Centre in Oshawa.
