    I was subjected to renoviction and harassment because of incompetence of both property management and superintendents. They hire people who are violent, have history of tenant harassment on their resumes, and have dealt with municipality standard boards in the past. Whether you live in a condo or a rental, they will want to do less for you, whether you pay, wait or report them. They are focused on saving a few dollars rather than maintaining a healthy property with a long life. Choose others.
