UPS Battery Center

Ordered batteries for E-Bike. The batteries never charged well and could barely move the bike. Bought a new charger and still same. Emailed them many times with issues. Finally had enough after a year, and they stated the warranty had run out. Amazon has asked them to revisit my problems twice but they outright deny any help only advice. Never buy there again.

I never write negative reviews but for these guys Ive had to. Never buy a product from this company, shady business tactics combined with horrible customer service and false advertising that their product is compatible with devices its not. the young lady working here was very friendly and knoledgeble about the products well. She advised and recomended the correct battery which is suitable for my purpose and also she offered me a promotional UPS cub to me. Congratulations for good customer service
