very rude lady ( says she’s the owner). They did not follow delivery instruction that were clearly written even on her receipt. She demanded me( the birthday girl) to come pick it up because we didn’t answer her at 2 when it was asked to be delivered after 3 for a reason. Mistakes happen, but take responsibility! She ruined my special day with her disgusting attitude. Very poor costumer service

I didn’t use them as the woman on the phone was very abrupt and wasn’t interested in answering my questions. Was told to order online especially if I didn’t want to pay $15 delivery fee.
