Moral Support
I have been on and off the weight loss band wagon for years. Recently over the last year i have been attending Weight Watchers. I must say that there program is really helping me succeed. they dont make you change your habits they just make you make smarter choices. You can still eat all the things you want and lose weight you just have to eat them in moderation. The meetings are just as important as the weigh in, each week you are to attend a meeting and weigh in. This i feel keeps you responsible for your weight loss. I mean do you really want to weigh the same or more the next time you step on the scale. I didnt think so. I have tried all of them and this one is the only one that i have seen results. My top weight was 245. Currently i am 220. Only 20 more to go!
