Waste of time terrible customer service

I LOVE MY TRUCK

I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up. Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed. The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up. Great guys to deal with!

2012 Focus purchase at Gallinger Ford

I visited 3 other dealerships and not only was Gallinger Ford extremely competitive with price but the price quoted was the price I received. (This was not the case at another Ford store) I'm from Milton and was glad that my local store was able to get my business. I've only been in for one service and they were very courtious.
