Despite having Artistic's card with the date and time of my appointment, when I arrived, I was told that my appointment had been given to someone else. The staff did nothing to resolve this situation. I had had my appointment for at least six weeks and yet it was given to someone who had called that morning. Obviously, they no longer want my business.

Thank you Judith for bringing this issue to our attention. As previously explained, we had a new receptionist inadvertently move your appointment to another time slot. We have implemented new measures to ensure this issue was corrected and can ensure you that this oversight will not happen again in the future.
