I just received my second set of sofas from them and everything, from dealing with Trisha and Tamara to the delivery people, went smoothly and professionally. This is the store to go to for excellent quality furniture AND outstanding service!
We experienced willful deceit and fraudulent misrepresentation under the Consumer Protection Act. We purchased a furniture warranty that MY Home knew couldn’t be registered as there was a longstanding issue between them and the carrier. The owner agreed to swap unsatisfactory chairs we purchased at no additional cost and then upon delivery slapped us with a significant bill. Customer service was terrible, no return calls or emails despite repeated follow up. Eventually resolved with owner.
