great service. I came in with my broken glasses and left 20 minutes later with new ones seeing better than ever. The new lenses are the best I have ever had. I am very impressed and thankful.
I usually do not leave reviews, in this case I am compelled to. Pushy, It's like there in it only for profit that's take anyway. There customer service leaves much to be desired. And the glasses they made for me took so long to make and to make matters worst they where not even the correct prescription. I don't like speaking ill about people, but in this case I will make an exception.
the eye doctor is very impolite, unkind. such an unpleasant experience of eye exam today. I paid about $90 and was treated like a trash. I'm still very upset and mad about it.
I had an amazing experience here from the friendly, understanding people, to the amazing looking frames, to the lenses that improved my vision so much! everything was just fantastic, so I made sure to get my whole family glasses there. its definitely a place I would recommend to everyone else as well.
I was very pleased with the service that I was provided here at this store. All the staff were very polite and helpful when I needed help picking my glasses. These are the best lenses I have ever had and I've been wearing glasses my whole life. I have a high prescription and most places take a week to make my glasses and I got them the next day here at no extra charge. I was fantastic experience and I will come here again!
Ok so after getting my eyes examined in their stock room I went to pick out a pair of frames they didn't have any that I liked so I ordered a set of frames off the ray ban website which I didn't mind. once they were ready I went to pick them up made sure they fit properly went home and realized there was 2 circles in the centre of each lense with a bunch of little scratches in it that would not come off, I then went back and showed them they told me they would replace the lenses I said ok. Went to pick them up earlier this week thought they were better just went to clean them today with the provided ray ban wipe and realized they have the same problem as before just not as bad. I will never purchase glasses from this hole in the wall ever again and I warn everyone you only get what you pay for so don't cheap out! Going back to where I know they are good, a place called pearle vision in Limeridge mall.

I wanted to shop around. The manager offered 2 pair of glasses (bifocals and computer glasses for the same price as one pair elsewhere. SO I think that when someone tries to provide satisfaction, they deserve to keep my business.
I was there today for my eye exam appointment which I made 2-3 days ago. I come on time but was kept waiting an hour while people who came in later than me was getting examined before me. No one came by and asked me if I needed any help but was just kept waiting. I finally go over to the counter after watching a person doing a walk-in getting examined after they waited ten minutes. I asked the lady why I wasn't going in to see the doctor but people who came by later were getting treated before me. She explained that it goes by the appointment time. I remind her again how I was waiting before any of the people getting examined before me. She states again what she said earlier and doesn't bother to check the computer to confirm what I was telling her. I highly recommend not coming there at all it's a waste of time. The only reason why I went there was because the 'optometrist' who's actually probably only an optician was charging cheaper than almost anywhere else in Hamilton. I honestly right now would pay an extra 15 dollars to be treated with more respect and on time. Unless you really need to save those 15 dollars do not go there ever.
