Li Family Dental

Excellent place and people. My son and I have gone there since my old dentist retired 10 or more years ago. Dr. Li is always gentle, kind and explains everything he is doing. He is very knowledgeable and is always concerned about your comfort level. The Staff and the wife of Dr. Li are always helpful and compassionate. My elderly parents go there too and are always treated with great care. You will not find better care anywhere.

I would strongly recommend not going here because of poor customer service.

I have been going to Dr. Li for many years now. He is an exceptional man showing kindness and wanting to the very best for his patients. That is refective in his staff and how they all work together with him and for him. A little side note to all of this is I travel from Niagara on the Lake to be in his care. Thank you Dr. Li.

Li Family Dental uses modern and state of the art equipment. The office staff is very professional, welcoming and punctual. The office always accommodates dental emergencies. Dr. Li is a phenomenal dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Li and his staff.

Very professional and friendly staff and appointments have always been on time. Dr. Li and all the staff have a very gentle touch and are excellent with children - my kids have never had any fear of going to the dentist. The calm and modern environment feels more like a spa than a dentist's office!

I had never enjoyed going to the dentist as I had a bad experience when I was younger but Dr.Li and all his staff were able to keep my anxiety to a minimum. His gentle manner and ability to explain the whole procedure helped me understand what he was doing. All his staff made me feel at ease and helped me understand my insurance paperwork. The office manager was very good with checking up on me to make sure I was alright. I would highly recommend Dr. Li and his staff to anyone!!!!

Dr. Li and his team have always provide the best care and advice for my entire family. He has always been available and responsive to me and my family and I trust that Dr. Li and his team has the best possible intentions for the health and dental care for all his patients. The staff are equally as responsive and friendly and I would recommend his office to my friends and family without hesitation.

The front staff here are very friendly and always willing to help if there is an issue. Dr. Li is very knowledgeable and attentive. He cares a lot about his patients and is always willing to do as much as he can to accommodate their requests. The hygienists are also fantastic. Very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole visit! Very pleased with this office and their staff as a whole, and always look forward to coming back for my annual visits!

Very disappointing. Rude and incompetent management. The office manager is horrible and only interested in your money. She will submit insurance codes that are not in line with services to "maximize your benefits"- beware!

Horrendous front office staff, especially the dentist's wife herself! She has no clue how a dental office is run, and she over-books and cancels patients all the time. Its all about $$$$ here, people please shop around!
