Dickson Carpet One Floor & Home

Disappointing experience with this company... they were disorganized in scheduling my carpet installation and required nearly $500 more than my original estimate because (they said) they failed to properly cost. In my view they shouldn't have made me pay for their error. The carpet itself is nice and the installer and estimator were both professional and pleasant. On balance I would not recommend them however due to the difficulties I had.

HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT DEAL with Cindy. She is So self proud, its painful. Flooring pattern layout was never discussed. I found out it was going to be the wrong direction- and was Forced to pay for material to compensate for THEIR LACK of Professionalism. Not even 50/50- No GOODWILL ==NOTHING.. So you can imagine I am an UNHAPPY.. never to be again. Client.
