Valet Car Wash

Not sure who the lady is with the big pink hair, over inflated lips and bad attitude is but she needs a lesson on business etiquette and manners. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!

Tore mirror off of my son's car, will never return as owner would do nothing about it.

I had a very bad experience with my car wash, while washing my car brushes stuck in my whipers and ripped of the whipers and windsheild. My whipers were down and i called the supervisor and staff but they didn’t help me and start telling me that they were not going to cover my damage. My car was at valet car wash garage from last 2 days and not in the position of driving . I was waiting for the call from last 2 days no one respond me and denied to cover damage me.

Have been a customer of the Brantford location for almost a year and loved everything about it. When you have an issue...the Customer Service is terrible. Part of the car wash fell off and damaged my car back in May. I have reached out to the Manager multiple times. She has been very rude, unprofessional and has very poor communication skills when speaking to her. My car is still not fixed...very frustrating. I will never go back and highly recommend going elsewhere.

Terrible service! Arrived for 3pm appointment which was suppose to take 45 minutes. 3 hrs later car was supposedly done. Back window wasn’t cleaned and they forgot to put mats back in. A waste of my day and $80!!
