    The windows The C...

    The windows The Company removed were far better then the ones they put in...no follow up...poor workmanship no warranty!

    I had an awful ex...

    I had an awful experience with Hanksters, and I would not recommend him to anyone seeking windows or doors. First, the door that he installed leaked excessively, however, I am most frustrated with his customer service in dealing with the issue. He was extremely unavailable, and would never return phone calls - it would be weeks at a time before I would finally catch him on the phone. It also took him coming back TWICE to fix the leaky door, which resulted in damage to the interior of my home.
