Last Saturday, we ordered the bacon, sausage and ham breakfast. The young girl was taking and delivering orders at the same time - without washing hands between the two services. They have the concept of breakfast down, even if its second rate (which it is, maybe fourth rate), but need to serve it to you hot would be the ideal concept. Three cooks behind the counter (9am), two working one walking around doing nothing, and we get served overcooked eggs, bacon that has no taste, ham so thin it only had one side and "homefries" that were deep fried (the type out of the bag). Someone should advise them that fresh potatoes are cheaper and tastes a lot better. The coffee was weak, and the mugs look like something from an institution. I am a huge fan of breakfast and have eaten all over the GTA, this place is the worst I've exerienced yet. T
I've never been too fond of having to get up and make my own tea, or grab my own utensils, but I looked past that in hopes to find a good meal. I have gone to giggling for many years each time walking in the door with enthusiasm, but leaving disappointed. Every time going up to the person at the cash, it feels like the worst couple minutes of my life. Their unwelcoming looks and unimpressed tone makes me feel like it's wrong to be wanting to eat. The atmosphere looks nice but it's dark and gloomy once you look past the painting on the walls. Although you can chose your own seat, some family always decides to sit next to the table you are at, and with barely any space between you, the feeling quickly becomes of 2's company and a too close family's a crowd. The food on the bright side, is cheap, good and I always leave with a full belly, and still some fries or toast left on my plate. I have finally decided that the service leaves a more bitter taste in my mouth than the goodness of the food and I will not be returning to Giggling Tomatoes.

We eat here all the time and go to all locations in Brampton, we love it. The food is great and fast. I gotta say the club sandwich is awesome. It is made with a whole chicken breast , bacon and cheese. It is the best clubhouse you will have!
I recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to go to an informal place for great food.

I love the food, it is amazing. It is one of the best pastas i have tryed! The only down fall for this resturant is the service. The girls behind the table you order from are VERY RUDE. That kind of makes me not want to come back but the food is great so i cant resist.

Food was great, hot, and tasty. Arrived quickly without problem. Prices were very reasonable. Like that they had a healthier menu as well with some nice choices. The only complaint was there wasn't enough seating for larger parties. (Six in a regular booth was a VERY tight squeeze.)

My chicken souvlaki was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Terrible, terrible, terrible AND the staff would do nothing about it. My salad had brown spots on the lettuce and the dressing tasted "weird". The fries were cold and limp. My iced tea was OK, but they couldn't really ruin that as it came in a bottle!
The staff was rude, seemed uninterested and the place has an odd odour.

This place is great! I don't understand the bad reviews - it is clean, friendly, bright and nice. It was my second time there. I thought the prices were very reasonable. The portion sizes are perfect - big enough but not so that you leave a bunch of food on your plate. There are enough options to satisfy vegetarians, too!

I absolutly LOVE this place. It is great all day long, breakfast, lunch or dinner! Portion sizes are fabulous and are so not over priced. Every time I have ordered, it has been delicious. For all you haters, I can personally say that I have worked in the service industry for many years and it doesn't matter what happenes or where you go, there are always the 'whiners'. The people who are never satisfied and ALWAYS have some kind of complaint. All I have to say in regards to that is don't F with people who make your food! Use your heads people!! This place is fantasic...don't listen to bad reviews.
The food was very good, the service and atmosphere were very good too. I have to make a minor correction; 2 pieces of french toast, wich comes with homefries and fruit, is priced $3,99+tax and not 7,00. Overall good restaurant.
This was the second time, I have dines at this restaurant for breakfast (Brampton location. The second time I went back I was reminded of why I hadn't gotten breakfast here since the first try. They have a wide selection. However, not very flexible and kinda pricey. 2 pieces of French toast is about $7.00. The other items are generally well priced. My major issue with this place is the service. The cash lady is not very pleasant, the staff in general comes across as rude and unhappy. The atmosphere would be okay, if the entire restaurant didn't smell like body odor. The food would have tasted better I think, if I didn't have to smell the restaurant while eating it. All and all I would have to say I might visit this restaurant again, if I was desperate for a sit down breakfast in my area, but probably not. I find breakfast at Harvey's just as good, and more sanitary.
Our extended family all met at new location on Bovaird for a family get together and had a variety of selections from menu.
Had received two incorrect salads and when I politely inquired about correction situation, I was met with no response by TWO girls at the counter. I was also missing an item which was not delivered, and again, it was met with no response. I was baffled, insulted and I have to say that this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Clearly the staff do not understand any level of customer service or just plain manners for that matter.
The manner in which they chose to handle my concern completely ruined what should have been a nice lunch out with my family. I am very sure that they could not understand this.
Myself and any other member of my family will never attend at any Giggling Tomato location again and I will go out of my way to share this concern with anybody I come into contact with.
Don't eat there unless you think we should all support restaurants whom treat their customers with such rudeness and disregard.
I appreciate your support in deciding to not support this establishment.

I have heard different comment from people around...
I have heard different comment from people around town, so I thought I would try it myself. Well let me tell you, not impressed!! At all!!
The Owner/Cooks look very unhappy working in this establishment. The food was extermely over priced for what you get, as well as the restaurant did smell like feet! I strongly do not recommed this place in fact say away you and your family will thank me!!
The food was cold, tasted rotten, service was terrible, and the staff was very rude. I don't reccomend eating there, and I will personally stay away and not eating at any of there restaurants.
