Went to Greenwood’s for a check up and teeth cleaning. My insurance company didn’t want to pay, even though a yearly exam and cleaning is covered on my wife’s plan. The front desk staff fought hard for me. Ruth was on the phone with Blue Cross for at least 20 minutes haggling over this. I really appreciated the passion and care she put into fighting on my behalf. Thanks Ruth! Also, the rest of the staff were all super friendly and great too!
Absolutely horrible. Procedures are done on a room with no door, you can see the waiting room from the chair. There is literally no privacy every patient can hear your conversation. The nurse blatantly asked why I am on the medication that I am on in front of others and again, everyone in the facility could hear. The Dentist had difficulty answering my basic questions and issues communicating in general. would not recommend.
