On Monday went to Earls in Edmonton on Jasper Avenue. Asked if staff was fully vaccinated and was told they could not tell me. I am pretty sure that info has to be disclosed. Was with a person who is immune compromised. Manager was helpful in assuring us only fully vaccinated people would serve us. I think it would benefit Earls to only have fully vaccinated people working there. I've told my story to 6 people who were very surprised. They will tell people and you will be asking.
We had been to the earls in abbotsford many times but after it closed down we went to the earls in chilliwack expecting the same fine dining. Our menus were placemats with food messed all over them and napkins were paper, not linen. Fettatini Alfred had separated so it was greasy, not creamy. Too long under heating element, not warm. Portion was extremely small. If this is what has become of earls then too bad, not fine dining anymore, so sad.
