Just had a door installed, beautiful custom one. The service was very personal, from speaking to the sales person on a the phone, to meeting them in person at my house, to the very clean installation. Great job!!

Apparently if you...

Apparently if you book an appointment, make sure you call the day your install is booked for as soon as they open. As they will either not show up as they did to a nice couple who complained on yellowpages. Or they will book over too of your appointment and instead of cancelling the person whom they booked over top of you they call you an hour after they open and cancel. I just love taking time off work and getting up early for absolutely nothing. They didn't even put in an effort to correct the situation. I hear red deer overdoor is great and holds 70% of red deer commercial business. I am going to try them and I'll update all you kind folk who just want great service and a heat new or repaired door!!!!

Excellent service. The technician, Corey, was very pleasant and polite. He explained what my options were for the repair if my door opener. Great customer service. Linda, the scheduler, kept me informed of Corey's ETA and was extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend this business.

Left message for a callback as we were interested in purchasing a new garage door and opener. No one called back.Decided to keep our old door and just get parts.Called again,was on hold for service a long time.When someone finally did come on the line I had no idea if my call was back at the reception desk or at Service,so I said I was holding for Sevice and the person very impatiently said "Ya! This IS Service what do you need?!"Very rude & impatient and obviously don't need US as a customer!

These guys came out, did a measure and told us when they would come to install the door. The day scheduled, we waited and didn't hear anything from them. We called them and they said the door wouldn't be in for another 2 weeks! They hadn't even bothered to call and let us know! So we had a garage with no door and for 2 more weeks, after waiting a week and a half already. Needless to say, we asked for a refund and went elsewhere.
