KFC

I will never support the kfc on Dunmore Road in Medicine Hat. The same order last week has now jump up $4.00 this week so try to switch me to something I don’t want at all. Asked for a refund refused to put it back on my credit card how I actually paid and would only give me cash! Too bad you can’t give a -10 rating

I will never go to another KFC in Medicine Hat again. I am sick of KFCs (bait and switch) games. They bait you with specials in flyers and then they try to switch you to other options at a higher price.

Great service and staff was friendly. Gravy is to die for!

Fast Food

Whenever I'm craving chicken, I head over to KFC. The price is right, and the food is filling. Once again, the customer service was poor. Although it is a fastfood, I've received better service at busier places.
