This is the worst...
This is the worst service that I have ever received from a Swiss chalet. The food we have just received was either prepared wrong, not cooked, or missing entirely. We paid extra to get sour cream and green onion on the potatoes we ordered and they were left out. The chicken was actually not cooked fully and would have been dangerous to eat. It's now too late to order from anywhere else. My advice is for anyone to go anywhere else and receive food that you will actually be able to eat. I just picked up one of the roles they delivered and snapped it in half . They even forgot the scratch ticket that we were supposed to receive and paid an extra $4 for as part of the holiday special. Ridiculous.
