Performed a brake service on the rear of my vehicle. Didnt improve things at all. It was in another garage the following week and they deduced it either wasnt done property or not at all. Works great now that someone else looked at it. They didnt even reset the maintenance light after performing an oil change. Will not be using them again
Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! A great experience and a great staff. Thank you so much.

Martin and Richard are helpful, professional and only charge what is necessary. Over the last 10+ years they have saved me thousands of dollars compared to estimates from dealers who want to replace entire exhaust systems when it is not required. I would highly recommend them over and over again. Thanks!!!

Martin & Richard are amazing. They are two of the nicest and most honest people I have ever met and they hire great staff too. Both my father & I have been utilizing M.R. Automotive's services for many years and would recommend them to anyone. Not only do I trust that they will do an amazing job, I know they will only do what is necessary and will charge a very fair price. I dealt with this garage for a major repair. Their prices are more than fair, better than most repair shops! I have a Nissan Murano and called the dealer for an estimate. Their price was aprox $2,000. I did call a few other Garages but when I called MR Auto they were so helpful and their price was $550 for the same job. Needless to say, I am so happy, these guys saved me $1,500!! Thanks a TON!!!
Just recenty I was in at a dealership with my car needing an exhaust repair. The dealership told me that the exhaust was leaking and would need to be replaced. My qoute was over 1800$ for the parts and labour! They then reccomended me to go to M.R. Automotive because they were an exhaust shop close by. The guys at the shop brought my car in right away, showed me what the problem was and how they would repair it. The exhaust reapir was a huge diffrence in price. The job went from $1800 to $300 i was extremly satisfied to hear of this. Now i am a regular customer with them and plan to have all my services done at there shop.
I am happy to have the opportunity to review this business. Our family have been customers here for 14 years! When we moved to Whitby our neighbors reccommended them and we have doing the same ever since. The staff always take the time to explain exactly what is required, what the options are and follow up with a phone call as the work progresses. While sitting in the waiting room I have heard them on the phone and listened as they do the exact same thing time after time. I have nothing but exceptional service at his location including very competitive rates,customer friendly hours, timely repairs and very personable owners. Thank you M&R!
Was quoted a price, problem is they have a habit of quoting one part even if two needed. Makes them look competitive. When work was done price doubled from original quote.They called me to add one shock because it was leaking, got there and they had added two and doubled my bill. when I declined to pay for these extra parts they offered to quickly remove them. They had to go back and replace one of my original shocks. Waste of time and money, don't trust these guys.

We have worked very hard to build an honest, reliable business and have maintaned a large customer base and have grown our business through our referrals based on this. We also have a stong relationship with all the major dealerships and they continually send their cleints to us for auto repairs.In regards to this clients review, there was a misunderstanding when he listened to the message we left for him about the price. We clearly stated in our voice mail to him that the cost for the repairs was per side. We did everything in our power to try and satisfy this client to the best of our abilities but to no avail.
