I brought my car in for the first time to get my air conditioner repaired and was very impressed with the level of service I recieved. Tom was very honest and priced very reasonably. Highly recommended

RUN dont walk away from this place!

Took my car to Tomlin because they were conveniently located. The engne light was on, had trouble starting it and it needed an oil change. They called me and told me that the whole front end of the car was done in, the transmission needed replacement, both brake lines were lose/rusted, etc. The repairs would cost around $2,000 plus $3,000 for a new transmission. My car is a 2002 Honda Accord, so I was not surprised. They suggested that it was not worth repairing, unsafe to drive and that I should start looking for a new car. They charged me $175 to lift and look under. When I asked what caused the engine light (the reason I brought it to them), they had no clue and in order to diagnose that they would need to charge me another $150 to put it on their diagnostic computer (seriously????).Today I took my car repair shop in Brooklin ON. They repaired the upper ball joints, replaced the canister valve which was leaking, changed the oil and oil filter for a grand total of $777.99 including HST. When I asked what else is wrong with the car they did tell me that the transmission would need to be replaced in the future and that the car was perfectly safe. My recommendation.... STAY AWAY.
