Very Poor Customer Relations Skills

I am satisfied with the electrical work done by Elco but extremely disappointed in their customer service. While moving a couch, the contractor scratched my brand new hard wood and would not own up to it. When I called this in to the company owner, he had the audacity to suggest that I did it and that this was my way of getting the scratch repaired. Even worse, he expressed regret that he took my call! The person who recommended Elco to me said I should call them because they were not very busy.
