Terrible experience

I have worked with this builder and the experience has been very painful. They are not professional and misguided us during the quotation process.In the first visit, they surveyed the house and made incorrect analysis on the side entrance. Once they received the initial deposit, they started to claim, side entrance cannot be done and did not refunded in my money. Please be careful, before working with this builder, as you might become a victim of their negligence and poor experience in this work
