Christian and his crew are terrific. An honest business owner who tells you everything that needs to be done on your vehicle. Then leaves you with a quote for you to review and then continue with service. There were no surprises. Christian and his crew took my tired and cranky 1996 Chevy truck in. It needed brakes, hoses, transmission work, emergency brake cable etc etc. They did an great job and now she purrs like a kitten.

Old fashioned approach to fixing vehicles. Good thorough and honest summary of what is wrong with prioritized plan to rectify them. Different options of using the best parts, regular parts or even used offered. No fancy person at computer desk trying to see how much work and money they can take you for. One such shop wanted over 3K from me. Nic was $1300 cheaper using the best parts and all with warranty.

Wow, Jays.. What can we say - he was a Godsend! Canada Day long weekend, on our way to my grandpas funeral and our van broke down in Kamloops. Canadian Tire couldn’t help, but they gave us Jays number. It seemed like the chances were slim that it would get fixed in time. But Jay was determined and got us on the road in time!! Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details.
