I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! I have used this garage on 2 occasions and both times the service has been great. The pricing is fair and the work is right the 1st time. I actually travel 90km plus to use this garage and they can accommodate the work while I wait. I have had tire changes, 4 wheel alignment, oil changes and brakes.
I would 100% recommend this garage.

Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.
