Our first visit to Ithaca was wonderful! We’ll be back and are telling everyone who will listen, what a terrific experience we had. All staff are so friendly and gracious that it felt like we were in their home. The meals were beautifully prepared and presented and brought to the table with such a sense of pride and fun. My husband found this place while working. We drive from Warkworth to JPs! (an hour) just for lunch! he makes everything himself from the fresh cut fries to the chicken and beef and pork. His spices and sauces are delicious and authentic. My husband LOVES the pulled pork poutine, while I enjoy the classic chicken pita with his homemade traditional tzatziki sauce. Can't beat it! Based on other online reviews, the Pantheon is arguably the best Greek restaurant in Greek Town, Toronto. We made reservations ahead of time, had the much reviewed and loved Saganaki, which they light up at your table and the chicken souvlaki; the large and small portions. The chicken was ridiculously good, the potatoes were incredible and the rice was fantastic. With two greek beers and a red wine, our bill totaled $65. It was a good experience, we will return again.
