The technician Justin that arrived to my house to address the issue with my fridge was not only knowledgeable but polite and respectful. Michelle, booked the appointment for the visit. Both Michelle and Justin get an A+ for their customer service skills. I highly recommend this company if you have an appliance that needs to be serviced.

Great how it all worked out. Great service had my Install and setup completed in about 2 hours. The wires were organized in a professional way.
Also tuned up my computer and now it's as fast as I first bought it new.

We are very happy with everything that the folks at Gatzey's did to repair our washing machine, and set up our wireless TV headphones. One often hears that it's cheaper to buy a new whatever rather than repair the old one. I took a non-functioning SONY Digiital Control Centre with surround sound in for a repair estimate, which cost me $50. The repair cost $125. And the repair estimate expense went toward that cost. Well worth getting this piece of equipment repaired for $125. Excellent service, no run around. Highly recommend.
