Unless it is a long weekend, my wife and I will be bringing our bikes here exclusively from now on. The level of service is unparalleled in the city. I had what I thought was a blown seal on my master cylinder in my brand new brake lever. I went to 2 and called 4 different bike shops and they all instantly tried to sell me new set of brakes and said my brakes were pooched. Went to MSG and the mech took one look and said "Oh, this happens with these brakes from new" Simple bleed. Done.
