I had them come and fix my windshield on my Escalade all in all he is a great guy great service very friendly very polite I will definitely recommend any time if you need your windshield repaired and you cant get out he is the person to call I will definitely be calling him again if I need any other service done

I don't think you could ever find better service anywhere. I first went to Canadian Tire and had such a back experience that I cancelled my tire order. Went to Niagara Battery & Tire, ordered my tires on Saturday and they arrived Monday morning. Set up a time for my install and everything was super. No hidden costs or add on's like CT.

I've been taking my cars to Rick's since I started driving 6 years ago and have had nothing but exceptional service there. Him and his staff are great mechanics and people and I have never had any problems. I would never bring my car anywhere else or trust any other shop to do any work on my car. The owners and workers are all super nice people and do a thorough job.You can even watch through the many windows if interested or want to see the progress on the car. They are ALWAYS on time and clean the vehicle nicely when done ...
Recently I had the underside of the car pressure washed to clean it up a little for the mechnices installing some new body mounts and everyone was amazed at how rust free it was (done since day one...). If you want your vehicle to last this is the place...

Keith really knows his stuff. I did 2 years of mechanical engineering after doing 20 years of farm equipment maintenance, but this guy knows ALL of the integrated mechanical parts and systems that are involved with automobiles, including diesels. Very talented and knowledgeable. He can fix ANYTHING, but some projects aren't worth fixing, and he is very honest about that. Some of us have emotional attachments to our vehicles, but Keith sometimes has to tell us to just let it go.

Our visit was fantastic at Speedy Auto Service St Catharines. Went there with a broken exhaust. We were anticipating over $700 bill as we had few Quotes already from different places but Speedy did the repair on my existing exhaust instead of replacement. We were there for 40mins and cost us $210 only. We were amazed by the honesty and customer service. Highly recommended.

Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.
