Just wanted to say I have been bringing my kids , grandkids and friends here 15 years. It is always excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. But today I mostly want to say I love the format and layout of the new menu— it is so much easier to understand— the description of the sauce then the meat choices under it and the hot level. So Agra Tandoori Restaurant is nicely air conditioned and on these hot days that is definitely a must have. The food quality, quantity, selections and reasonable pricing are great. The staff and service also very good. The tables are clean and maintained and this restaurant is centrally located between Vancouver and Burnaby. What more could any sane hungry person want? An excellent vegetarian buffet, a few staple dishes are always the same (dahl, aloo gobi, rice pilaf, lots of naan and pappadam) while a few dishes seem to go through a rotation. Dishes often taste a bit different every time, but always are delicious! Nice chai, and awesome gulab jamun for dessert too. This is a great little stop and eat Thai restaurant. They give you sit down meals at to-go prices. The decor is simple, bright, and very clean. There is no "Thai" decor except the King's picture, but they have a few tables as well as stool seating along window with a view of West Broadway . I like this place because it's very fast and a really good value. Their Combo specials are under $10.00 and the lunch specials even cheaper! ( I think they are 7.99) The portions are perfect and for the price of a fast food meal you get authentic Thai curry and rice loaded with your choice of meat and veggies. It is almost all Thai people that work there and if you can handle the heat you can ask for "Thai style" and get the dishes with a much hotter spicy flavor. So next time you are doing a little shopping on West Broadway and got a rumble in your stomach drop by! They are located 1/2 a block West from MacDonald street on Broadway on the South Side of the street. They are fast, but if you want to take your time there is free parking on the side street next to them. Lire plus

Even the chef is willing to lend a hand at serving the food at peak times. My favorite would be Malaysian menu! Excellent dish to have for lunch coupled with a chicken-corn soup to start.
