The Jambalaya was supurb. First time eating a Jambalaya dish. Originally, it called for shrimp, But I subbed those for scallops. The had NO problems doing that. It was full of Chicken, scallops, spicey italian sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and red onions in a creamy tomato sauce topped with a garnish of green onions. Attention all foodies! This restaurant is a MUST TRY!! We ordered the tasting menu (don't forget to give 24 hrs notice), it was absolutely incredible. Pricey but worth it! The portion sizes were huge, we could barely make it out the door. The wait staff is incredible, we were asked upon arrival what our preferred pace for eating was, quick or nice and easy....who does that? Most restaurants want you in and OUT! Wow ! What a great place to eat and have a good time. The food was delicious and and restaurant is beautiful now ! I was here for a party last week we had so much fun. They had music, people danced , great singer !! Our waiter made us laugh and is really good looking too . Last time i was here was 8 years ago and place looked kind of old fashioned and not well kept. Now they made changes in every way and I have to admit this restaurant is better than most in every way. Whenever we are in the area, we treat ourselves to a slice or two. Their pizza is simple, authentic and delicious. They capture the "old world" flavours of Italy, which is something you CANNOT get at "franchise/big chain" pizza places. We are not Italian, but we certainly know how to eat pizza. We've also travelled to Italy several times (although never to the Naples area). So we're not really (culturally) qualified to judge authentic Italian food. But what we can say is: When you eat "Italian" food in Italy, it's not the same as eating food from a chain restaurant here. In Italy, food is more of a celebration. They take care to use really good ingredients that let the subtle flavours of tomato and cheese, etc really shine through. We find that chain pizza places use generally poor quality ingredients. Naples uses high quality, authentic ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. Highly recommended. Lire plus

First and foremost we truly enjoyed our meal here. The complimentary bruschetta was a nice treat. Our server seemed a litte "put out" that we had one young child with us who was trying to figure out what she wanted as there is definitely no children's menu here, but once she decided on something we were AOK. I did call ahead to make sure they could accomodate children and they said no problem. The half portion of pasta she had was more than enough, and the chef was very accomodating. My 13 year old had the fettucini Alfredo which she orders all the time and she said it was exceptional. There was enought leftovers for her to 2 more servings at home! My husband and I had appetizers which were exceptional and we both enjoyed our meals. We also shared a half litre of wine. The chef brought some of our dishes and he was very friendly and attentive. My husband always enjoys this as he is a trained chef as well. What I noticed was that his chef whites were gleeming! This is a nice touch, as I have had chefs come to the table with dingy whites, or in one instance, looked like he had just butchered something! Overall, we will go back. Families should keep in mind that this is on the upper end of the scale cost wise. For a family of four it was $225.00 Lire plus

Heard about a nice little Italian restaurant in Collingwood and so we decided to go for a birthday celebration. I can definitely tell you we were not dissapointed with the food or service in any way. Everyone thought the food was outstanding and we all had different meals. I wouldn't recommend one in specific because they were all so good (snuck some food from others plates just to see if everyone else's was as good as mine). Even with a fairly small menu you should be able to find something everyone likes. The only dissapointments I had is that pizza was not an option and you MUST get their first if you expect parking and even that is risky. Overall I give it a 5/5 becuase lets be honest the reason you go to a restaurant is for the food not for the parking. Lire plus

I stopped into Boston Pizza on a Thursday night drawn in by their board out front advertising $0.50 wings in the bar. Unlike most wing-deals these wings were very meaty and a good size. Everyone in my group was also very impressed with the service and couldn't help but notice how good looking, lively and knowledgable the staff was. Compared to the BP's that I'm used to going to in the city, this small town restaurant was VERY impressive. The staff does a good job promoting the different food/drink specials that are going on every day of the week (wings tuesday and thursday and cheap domestic beer monday night etc.). Lire plus

my wife and I were there for a celebration, and it was a great choice to try this restaurant. treated great from the moment we walked in. Service was very good throughout. Chef Corrie came out to say hello, brought us after dinner drink and comlimentary dessert. Our dinner, soft shell crab was a good choice. My wife had the special (full sea bass) amazing. My boyfriend and I decided to experience a pizza joint we’ve never been to and dined at Jazz Pizza, known for their gourmet pizzas. Dine-in pizzas are personal size only. Take-out pizzas allow you to order any size you want. My boyfriend ordered the sun-dried tomato and shrimp (jumbo) pizza for $15 and I had the taco pizza for $13. When we walked in, there was only one other couple there but it got busier as the night wore on. They forgot to bring us water and when they remembered, they brought us 2 bottled waters. We did not ask for ‘bottled water’, just water. We however, decided not to object even after seeing they had charged us $1.50 for each bottled water they brought us! Considering how slow it was initially, service was very slow. They got so busy in the night they had to call for extra help. A few minutes later, a woman (Iranian run pizza restaurant) manned the cash register and served our food. My boyfriend enjoyed his pizza, although I found it a little on the salty side (due to the sundried tomatoes). I was impressed they would add jumbo size shrimp – they certainly did not skimp on quality. I enjoyed my pizza, even with the enormous amount of cheddar cheese they loaded on it. It was topped with some shredded romaine lettuce tossed in sour cream. We found the pizza toppings to be of top quality and the thin crust was delicious (not oily at all and not too dry). I'm glad we didn't order any starters as the pizzas were very filling and satisfying. Good value for the money for this type of gourmet pizza. We will return to try their other pizzas, however next time when we ask for water and get ‘ bottled water’, we will object right away. Do not let them get away with that! Lire plus

You can choose several items from: peppers, pasta, chicken, sausage, broccoli, potato, bread. Where else can you get a full, healthy delicious, hot meal for $8.00. Me and my girlfriend ordered off the prefix menu, we started with the portobello mushroom was rich in goat cheese and ricotta. My girlfriend ordered veal pizzaiola looked great she enjoyed it, I ordered spaghetti bolognese was rich in flavor and very filling with large portions.
